I’m the founder of Smile Factory. What started as a passion for bringing joy to children grew into the work I love today.
With a Master’s degree in Pedagogy, current Psychology studies at Arden University and life as a mum of two, I understand the thought that goes into choosing an experience for your child.

I’m an experienced children’s entertainer and a qualified Early Years Educator. Alongside many years of working with Milena, I’ve worked in nurseries and as a childminder.
With extensive childcare experience and a love of creative play, I know how to engage children of different ages and help everyone feel included. I love creating a warm, playful atmosphere where every child can have a great time and leave with happy memories.
Milena is genuinely the best children’s party entertainer I’ve come across. From the moment she arrived, she brought so much energy, enthusiasm and warmth that even the shyest children were up on their feet, joining in and having fun.
What really sets her apart are all the thoughtful, whimsical touches she adds. She makes her own candy floss, brings unique gifts for the children, and clearly puts a huge amount of care into creating a memorable experience. She took the time to understand exactly what my child likes and tailored the party accordingly, which made it feel really personal.
The children were completely engaged throughout, and the whole event ran seamlessly. On top of that, she is incredibly good value for money given everything she provides.
I couldn’t recommend her more highly. If you’re considering booking her, do it. You won’t regret it.
Amazing face painting and such a nice person. Our original facepainter cancelled on the day of our party and I managed to get through to Melina and she kindly accepted at a very good rate and did a lovely job. Even stayed longer than agreed! Would definitely recommend!
Milena organised an incredible party for my 5-year-old daughter. She beautifully decorated the table and organised the entire painting workshop, with little figurines, brushes, and paints all thoughtfully wrapped and beautifully presented.
The children had a wonderful time and absolutely loved the workshop. Milena was easy to communicate with, very punctual, and truly knows how to turn a party into a fun and memorable experience.
